I see errors, where's the content pack!!

We don't have a content pack. In your game settings, set When a server tries to download custom content to your computer option to Allow all custom files from server.

How do I appeal my ban?
You can appeal your ban on our Discord. Go to #help, find your server that you were banned on, and open an appeal ticket.
How do I get my supporter benefits?
If you aren't getting your supporter benefits, run /claim in #general (As a Tebex Command in the popup). If that doesn't work, open a General Support ticket in #help.
