  • Tebex - Primary payment processing and game server monetization platform
  • PayNow - Additional payment processing services for game server transactions

  • Digital wallets and other payment methods as supported by our payment processors

2.2 Currency and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your local jurisdiction.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PURCHASES

3.1 Virtual Item Nature

All items purchased through our store are virtual items with no real-world value. These items are:

  • Licensed, not sold, to you for use within our services
  • Non-transferable between accounts
  • Subject to modification, removal, or discontinuation at any time
  • Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or other real-world value

3.2 General Virtual Items and Benefits

  • All virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold, to you

  • We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any virtual item or benefit

3.3 Item Delivery

Virtual items are typically delivered automatically upon successful payment processing. Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Server maintenance or technical issues
  • Payment processing delays
  • Account verification requirements
  • High transaction volumes

If items are not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

3.4 Item Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or remove items from the store at any time
  • Limit the quantity of items available for purchase
  • Implement time-limited offers and promotions
  • Restrict certain items based on account status or server access

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 General Refund Policy

  • Multiple accounts for the same person
  • Reselling or trading of virtual items for real-world value

6.2 Consequences of Fraud

Engaging in fraudulent activity may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Loss of all purchased items without refund
  • Permanent ban from all our services
  • Legal action where applicable

7. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

7.1 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of all purchased items
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • No eligibility for refunds or item restoration

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have issues with a purchase:

  • Contact our support team first before initiating any payment disputes
  • Provide detailed information about the issue
  • Allow reasonable time for investigation and resolution
  • Work with our team to find a mutually acceptable solution

Our total liability for any claims related to store purchases shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.
