4.1 General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing item delivery that cannot be resolved
- Duplicate purchases due to system errors
- Items purchased in error due to our system malfunction
- Unauthorized transactions on your account (subject to verification)
4.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the original purchase
- Provide transaction details and proof of purchase
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 14 business days for processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used or consumed in-game
- Time-limited or promotional items
- Items purchased more than 48 hours ago
- Items purchased within 7 days of the beginning or end of the month
- Items lost due to account bans or violations of our Terms of Service
